Resource Page

by - May 20, 2012

When thinking back to my diagnosis, I remember feeling overwhelmed. I turned to the internet for help and the overwhelming feeling didn't go away, in fact, it nearly swallowed me whole.  So much information. A million different diets, procedures, alternatives, opinions ... where to start?! That's why I put together this list. In my natural healing journey since 2009, these resources have proven the most valuable to me, the most 'bang for the buck' when it came to where I invested my time. These resources aren't limited to someone with MS, but would help anyone with autoimmune issues, diagnosed or not.

Take your time going through them. Pick one and then refer back to investigate another item on the list when time and energy allows. Bookmark this page and check back as I'll continue to add resources over time.
